Shui On joint venture with Guizhou TH Cement

Shui On Construction (0983) and Materials Ltd unit Guizhou TH Cement Group has agreed to set up a joint venture in Guizhou to build a cement plant with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tonnes. The total investment of the project will be about 140 mln yuan and Guizhou TH Cement will take a 90 pct stake in the cement plant.
