China United proposes to offer 4.654 million new shares at HK$0.01/share

China United Holdings Ltd (0273) said it has proposed to place out 4.654 bln new shares at 0.01 hkd per share to not less than six independent individuals and institutional investors. Net proceeds of about 45.5 mln hkd will be used as working capital.
