Interchina sells a mainland property company for HK$151 million

Interchina Holdings Co. Ltd. (0202), a small property investor and developer, said it agreed to sell a mainland property company to an independent investor, Green Smart Properties Co., for a net HK$151 million. The proceeds will be used to fund potential investment projects, said Executive Director Richard Lam.
