Corasia chairman's possible disposal terminated

Corasia Group Limited (0875) announced that the company had been notified by its Chairman Kwok Man-yu that the discussion in relation to the possible disposal was terminated after last Friday. At present, Kwok and the vendor do not have intention to dispose of, the stake of the company. There is no other negotiation underway in respect of that.
