Singamas to set up container/cargo logistics joint venture in Xiamen

Singamas Container Holdings Ltd (716) said the company has agreed to form a container/cargo logistics joint venture in Xiamen. In a statement, Singamas said it will hold a 6.9 pct stake in the jv for a consideration of 5 mln yuan.
