Tianjin Development transfers equity interest to Eastern Outer Ring Road

Tianjin Development Holdings Limited (0882) said that it agreed to transfer to Eastern Outer Ring Road Company approximately 6.07% equity interest in Jin Zheng Transportation Company at an amount of approximately $63.2 million ( about RMB67 million) and the profit sharing ratio of the company and Eastern Outer Ring Road Company would be revised to 86.7% and 13.3% from 90% and 10%
