B shares up slightly by midday

China¡¦s B-share markets edged up slightly in the morning after it rebounded yesterday. By the lunch break, Shanghai B-share index was up 0.24 point or 0.14 per cent to close at 168.22 points, with its turnover at RMB 276.49 million. Shenzhen B-share index climbed 0.85 point or 0.29 per cent to finish at 286.86 points. Turnover was RMB 149.18 million.
