WellNet Holdings Ltd may postpone the spin-off of WorldMetal

WellNet Holdings Ltd (0024) said its proposed spin-off of wholly-owned unit, WorldMetal Holdings Ltd may be postponed due to market conditions. In a statement, the company said that, in addition, the despatch of WorldMetal certificates will be postponed accordingly.
