Luen Cheong Tai says 3 parties have served summons on company demanding payment

Luen Cheong Tai International Holdings Ltd (1190) said two banks and another company have served summons on the company demanding payment over guarantees given by the company. In a statement, the company said Dah Sing Bank Ltd had issued a writ of summons against the company, its wholly-owned unit, Luen Cheong Tai Construction Co Ltd, chairman Chan Man Chuen, and managing director Vong Pak Cheong for 85.591 mln hkd.
