BEA in talks with ICBC to seek foreign investors

Bank of East Asia (0023) (BEA) Chairman and Chief Executive David Li said that BEA and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) are currently engaged in talks for introduction of foreign partners into ICEA. He will go to US by the end of September for discussion with two foreign institutions on the issue
