SHK Properties sells 10 units at Arcadia Shanghai at HK$1,400-1,500 psf

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd (0016) unit Sun Hung Kai Properties (Shanghai) Co Ltd managing director Andrew Zhou said the company has sold out 10 units at the Arcadia Shanghai residential development reserved for private sales at between 1,400-1,500 hkd per square foot. Zhou said Sun Hung Kai Properties has no other development projects in Shanghai.
