Wai Kee sees Ngo Kee sale ended soon

Derek Zen, Vice Chairman of Wai Kee Holdings Limited (0610), said that the transaction of selling Ngo Kee to New World Services Limited for a consideration of $43 million will soon be completed. He said that the $3 billion unfinished contracts of the company is expected to have been completed in next year. As at the end of March, the contracts value was approximately $12.4 billion, of which $5.7 billion was the unfinished contracts.
