iAsia to purchase 35 pct in CFN Hongkong, 30 pct in CFN UK for HK$28.74 million

Wholly-owned unit Global Financial Services Group Ltd of iAsia Technology Ltd has proposed to buy a 35 pct stake in CFN Hongkong Ltd for 22.05 mln hkd and a 30 pct stake in CFN (UK) Ltd for 6.69 mln hkd. The consideration will be satisfied by the issue of 41.057 mln new iAsia shares at 0.70 hkd per share. The new shares represent an 8.4 pct stake in iAsia's enlarged share capital.
