OPEC maintains oil price stability

After the terror attacks against the US, Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Chief Secretary Ali Rodriguez notes that OPEC undertakes to ensure the stability of oil prices and supply. After the attacks the crude oil of London Brandt in October was once up to US$31.05 a barrel which is the highest level since December last year. It closed US$29.06 a barrel, up US$1.61 or 6%.
