Sun TV to purchase Capital Channel for HK$60 million; issue new shares

Sun Television Cybernetworks Holdings Ltd (0370) said it has entered into a conditional agreement with Easivision Enterprises Ltd to buy Capital Channel Ltd for 60 mln hkd. The consideration will be satisfied by the issue of 500 mln new shares in the company at 0.12 hkd per share. Sun Television is seeking the resumption of the trading of its shares today.
