G-Prop to offer 67 million CB in exchange for earlier bonds

G-Prop (Holdings) Ltd (0286) said it is proposing to issue 67 mln hkd convertible bonds to Hutchison International Ltd in exchange for two existing bonds and a promissory note. G-Prop is seeking the resumption of the trading of its shares today.
