E-Life shareholders agree placing agreement

E-Life International Limited (0370) announced that all the resolutions approving the subscription agreement, the supplemental agreement, the new placing agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder etc were passed by the shareholder in the EGM held today. Under the terms of the subscription agreement and placing agreement, completion will take place not later than October 5. Trading of shares in the company was resumed this morning.
