Pearl Oriental says shareholder negotiating about part/full stake sale in compan

Pearl Oriental Holdings Ltd (988) said its chairman and chief executive Wong Kwan is in talks with a potential party to sell all or some of his stake in the company. Wong owns a 50.17 pct stake in Pearl Oriental, including a 49.89 pct stake held via Charcon Assets Ltd.
