Singapore Hong Kong Properties to sell Diamond Gold for HK$72 million

Singapore Hong Kong Properties Investment Ltd (245) said it has agreed to sell Diamond Gold Ltd and an associated loan of 90.26 mln hkd to an independent party, Far East Consortium Ltd, for 72 mln hkd. It said the proceeds from the transaction will be used for mortgage loan repayment for a property at the Peak in Hong Kong, which is currently owned by Diamond Gold.
