2 directors resign from Kin Don

Kin Don Holdings Ltd (0208) said its two executive directors Au Tung Chi and Wei Cheng Wen have resigned from the company effective Sept 12. Separately, in a statement, the company said its shareholders have approved the company's capital reorganisation at the company's special general meeting.
