BOE sees coordinated interest rate cut unlikely

Bank of England Governor Edward George said that major world economies may respond to any economic problems that caused by US attacks, but coordinated interest rate cuts were extremely unlikely. He was optimistic that the attacks will only cause short-term shocks to the international economy.
