Capital Automation to place out 44.3 mln shares at 0.18 hkd per share

Capital Automation Holdings Ltd (0493) said it is proposing to place out 44.3 mln shares to more than six independent placees at 0.18 hkd per share. The placement shares represent a 16.5 pct stake in the company's enlarged share capital.
