HKEx amends GEM Listing Rules on financial disclosure

The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. (0388), the city's sole marketplace for stocks and futures, said it amended the Growth Enterprise Market Listing Rules on financial disclosure provisions and the general disclosure obligation .
