U-Right Int'l public float may be less than 4.65%

U-Right International Holdings Limited (0627) said that based on the information provided by the SFC as at June 14, approximately 62.25% stakes were held by ACE Target Inc., the substantial shareholder of the company. Approximately 8.64% held by another entity and approximately 24.4% were held by a few individuals. As a result, it is possible that less than 4.65% of the issued share capital of the company are held by the other members of public.
