CSRC cites three A-share companies for entrusting a substantial proportion

The China Securities Regulatory Commission has cited three A-share companies for entrusting a substantial proportion of their net assets to companies for investment without approval from shareholders and the board of directors. The three companies failed to get approval from their boards and shareholders for these trustee investments, and they made only passing references to the investments in their 2000 annual reports.
