Sina.com to acquire 29 pct stake in Sun Television

Sina.com said the company has signed a definitive agreement to aquire a 29 pct stake in Sun Television Cybernetworks Holdings Ltd. In a statement, Sina.com said it will pay 8 mln usd in cash and issue about 4.6 mln new shares or about a 10 pct stake on a fully diluted basis to Sun TV for the acquisition.
