HK Construction to apply to for waivers for connected deals

Hong Kong Construction (Holdings) Limited (0190) announced that as Shanghai Construction has become a substantial shareholder and the single largest shareholder of the company, and China Everbright continues to be interested in about 10.2% of the issued share capital of the company, it is expected that the company, Shanghai Construction and China Everbright will have business contacts in the field of construction from time to time.
