Guangdong Kelon Electrical shareholders approve H-share buyback, capital cut

Guangdong Kelon Electrical Holdings Co Ltd (0921) said its shareholders have approved the repurchase of up to 45.96 mln H-shares in the company. The company said its shareholders also approved a proposed reduction in its capital.
