Interchina Holdings to place 100 mln hkd convertible notes

Interchina Holdings Co Ltd. (0202) is set to place out 100 mln hkd worth of convertible notes. It said the shares can be converted at the higher of 2.00 hkd per share or the average closing price on the stock exchange over 10 consecutive trading days before the conversion.
