Four companies to bid for Hong Kong 3G licences

Only four bidders may bid for the four third generation mobile phone licences after at least one operator dropped its plan. Huthison Telecom (0013), CSL, SmarTone Telecommunications and New World Mobility have indicated they would contest the auction beginning in Hong Kong today.
