VOD plans to hold over 50pc stake in Japan Telecom

Vodafone is intending to increase its shareholding in Japan Telecom to over 50%, reported Financial Times. Vodafone has increased its stake in Japan Telecom and J-phone, a subsidiary of Japan Telecom, to 45% and 46% respectively earlier this year.
