Tian An sells 1.975 Bln shr of Interform

Interform Ceramics Technologies Limited (1060) said that its substantial shareholder Tian An China Investments Company Limited (0028) has placed an aggregate of 1.975 billion shares or 5.42% of its issued share capital at the price of $0.016 per share to six independent third parties. After the placement, the public float of Interform Ceramics will be increased from 20.08% to 25.49% while the shareholding of Tian An China will be reduced from 79.92% to 74.51%.
