Mandarin Res to recall directorship of former substantial shareholders

Mandarin Resources Corporation Limited (0070) said it will hold an extraordinary general meeting on October 12 to call back the directorship of former substantial shareholders, Yeung Kang-lam and Yau Wai-fan. Yeung and Yau have verbally agreed to resign as directors of the company.
