Government says Hong Kong no target of terrorists

A spokesman for the Hong Kong government said there was no substance in speculative reports that the city has become the target of terrorist attacks and there is no cause for panic. U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong is closed to the public today to assess the current security posture following the disastrous attack in the nation last Tuesday.
