SEHK censures CIL

The SEHK publicly condemned CIL Holdings Limited (0479) and executives of the company for breaches of the Listing Agreement and the Declaration and Undertaking with regard to Directors. The company delayed the despatch of its annual report and accounts for the financial years ended 30 June 1999 and 30 June 2000, and its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 1999, respectively.
