Legend negotiates with China Kejian for business cooperation

Legend Holdings Ltd. (0992) said it is in talks with a major shareholder of China Kejian Co Ltd for cooperation opportunities. Legend said it is negotiating with other parties on possible business cooperation but no agreement has been entered into at this stage.
