Shui On to buy Kaili cement plant in Guizhou

Shui On Construction and Materials Ltd. (0983) is poised to acquire the Kaili No 1 cement plant for 48 million yuan through setting up a joint venture with the Kaili municipal government of Guizhou province. It said it will have an 80 percent stake in the cement plant, which has a total registered capital of 60 million yuan.
