China Investments rights issue 70.71 pct subscribed

China Investments Holdings Ltd. (0132) said its rights issue was about 70.71 pct subscribed. The rights shares are priced at HK$ 0.35 per share. It said it received 29 valid acceptances of provisional allotments of 58.534 mln rights shares and 15 valid applications for 347,531 excess rights shares.
