Wing On Co NP up in 1H

Wing On Co Intl Ltd. (0289) said its net profit rose significantly in the first half of this year, thanks to a reduction in operating loss in its department store business and increase of contributions from its automobile business in the US. It posted a net profit of HK$ 38.493 million in the first half, compared to 1.174 million a year earlier.
