China Bio-medical to sell convertible notes to China Union

China Bio-medical Group Ltd is poised to issue $100 million in convertible notes to China Union Pharmaceutical Co Ltd. The notes will carry an interest of 2 pct and the maximum number of shares to be issued will be 1.24 bln new shares.
