Dong Jian shareholder sells entire stake

Dong Jian Tech.com Holdings Ltd (0649) announced its controlling shareholder Jian Min Associates Ltd plans to sell its entire stake in the company. The company said, Jian Min, which is controlled by Ngai Hor Ying, will sell its 52.05 percent stake in the company for $ 57.992 million or $0.3682 per share.
