Rail tunnel project to create up to 1,000 jobs: Tsang

Donald Tsang, Chief Secretary, expected that the Long Valley rail tunnel construction project would create up to 1,000 jobs. Other infrastructure projects, such as Western Corridor between Shenzhen and Hong Kong and its spur lines will be accelerated, Tsang said.
