K Wah Intl in negotiation on 3 bln yuan Shanghai residential developments

Francis Lu, vice chairman of K Wah International, said the residential project developments in Shanghai whose total investment is estimated to be RMB3 billion was under negotiation. Lui also indicated that 2-3 development projects were involved.
