Tongda Gp to sub-divide 1 shr into 10

Tongda Group Holdings Limited (0698) proposes that each of the existing issued and un-issued shares whose par value is HKD0.10 be sub-divided into 10 shares with a par value of HKD0.01 each. After the share sub-division, the existing board lot of 2,000 shares will be changed to 10,000 shares.
