City Telecom proposes to issue 98.214 mln warrants at 0.11 hkd/warrant

According to City Telecom (HK) Ltd. (1137), it plans to issue at least 98.214 mln warrants at HKD0.11 per warrant, by an open offer on the basis of one warrant for every five shares held in the company. The price for the warrants has been fixed at 0.40 hkd per share. The net proceeds of the offer are estimated to be around HKD10 mln.
