Cheung Kong to subscribe 322 mln shares, 67.8 mln convertible shares of RNA

RNA Holdings Ltd. said it has agreed to issue (0322) mln new shares and 67.80 mln new convertible shares to Cheung Kong (0001)¡¦s related companies for a total consideration of 100 mln hkd. This followed the earlier share subscription agreement, in which RNA will issue 69.9 mln shares and 10.81 mln convertible shares to the related companies of Cheung Kong, it said.
