Mansion House says H1 results get worse due to decline in brokerage business

Mansion House Group Ltd. (0376) reported its 1st half result to June. Its net loss was HKD19.145 mln, versus a profit of HKD21.922 mln a year earlier. Mansion House said its first half results reflected a substantial decline in revenues from its brokerage operations. It said that given the negative outlook for its securities trading division, the company has shifted its focus to corporate finance and investment and funds management.
