Global Bio-chem to establish joint venture in HK with Cargill

Global Bio-chem Technology Group Company Limited (0809) announced that the company has signed an agreement with Cargill Incorporated, an international food producer, on jointly establishing Global Bio-chem Cargill Holdings Limited, in Hong Kong. Each of the two sides will own 50% of the joint venture
