Global Bio-chem granted 108 mln shr options to Cargill

Global Bio-chem Technology Group Company Limited (0809) has granted to Cargill the tranche 1 option, the tranche 2 option and the tranche 3 option to subscribe for 23.8 million shares, 36.8 million shares and 47.42 million shares respectively. After the granting, Cargill will hold 126.7 million shares, taking approximately 9.06% the enlarged share capital of the company.
