Creditor of Dransfield repossesses property and is demanding board changes

Bank of East Asia Ltd, creditor of Dransfield Holdings Ltd. (0632), has taken possession of Draqnsfield¡¦s Ocean Court property interests, including the ground, first and second floors of the building. The bank is seeking to make changes to the company's board of directors. Dransfield owes around USD 9.17 mln to Bank of East Asia.
